Intro :)

A fantastic day . Sunny , bright and (hazy) .

Allow me to do a brief introduction about myself :)

I'm Rudee Turner (my friends calls me Ryan) . A very simple lad yet adventurous. Always had been a people's people . Loves meeting up with people , getting to know new friends . My only setback is i love my bedroom more than my living hall :P

A little bit of my background
Secondary School : International school of Uplands(Penang)
College                 : Certificate in Computer Programming , Diploma in Business Administration , Diploma in
                              Psychology and Degree in Marketing and E-Commerce

I started off working in a logistic company in Mainland , Butterworth . From there onwards i started off a small business together with my best buddy in Event management ( We organized the Youth4Youth charity concert in Queensbay Mall for the victims in China during the earthquake) . Started off with RM 0 capital , many considered us as crazy(siao , gila ) . Never came from a rich family , just had to start everything from scratch . From there two of my best buds joined , one of them is my godson :) . While doing the events management , we also started another small company selling computers and hardwares , struggled at first but managed . CCTV was the next expansion and from there i decided to allow my friend to run the business while me and my other 2 buddies ventured in Real Estate . Struggled again in the beginning but after a year in the industry , we got hold of the business and it became natural to close deals , meeting up with new people all the time . It also improves my negotiation skills and the thrill of meeting new people everyday .

For me working with youths has always been my passion . Assisting them out in knowing their passion , goals and dreams is my main priority , most importantly knowing who they really are . Being confident in communication are also my priority . Not only youths but also young working adult . These days a lot of people are hiding in the closet , afraid of being themselves because of low self-esteem or language barrier.
I've gone through that once in my life before but today i am so thankful that i am a different person :)


For myself i always believed this. Be yourself , know your identity . You can either be together with the flock of sheep's going to one direction or be different . Always give thanks to what you have . Either you win or you lose just be thankful .
